Symptoms of an Industrial slave..are you one of it?

Here are the list of symptoms of an industry slave.

1. You don't like your job, but you don't quit because you fear the New recruiters might not like the frequent jump.

2. You probably worked your ass off but you don't have guts to argue with your manager for the less rating you got(chances are that might get fired)

3. You are not satisfied with your work but you still work on the same thing.

4. You planned for an awesome trip, but your manager thinks it's not the right time... So you cancel it.

5. You work unnecessarily for 10 hours instead of 8 hours just to impress your manager.

6. You strive to get awarded for best employee of the month/year.

7. The only thing that stops you from leaving your job anytime is the Appraisal in April.

8. The X% salary hike in the next company, in the next year keeps you distracted from your actual dream...

And so on.

Time to realise that (Love+friends+family) > (company+job+Manager)

It's okay to spend some time in Industry. But not waste your life working for the betterment of computer.

Be clear with what you want to do in life. Industry can be a path but not the goal.
